EGGSpression: an art installation by Meggan Lotts
EGGSpression is a salon style art installation that explores the ideas of painting & drawing, collage, objects, and the notion of everyday life and mediums. As a trained painter, public artist, and fine arts librarian I constantly struggle with the idea of art, life, and the everyday. I question how do I engage my two lives in a congruent manner and continue to be true to who I am as an individual. With this installation I hope to provoke thought within the viewer and remind them that there are many ways to solve a problem and that each and every individual has different ideas, taste, and thought processes.
