I created a 16-page zine for my classes as an insider’s guide to the Rutgers Art Library. It includes how to approach research, where to find help, how to browse the stacks strategically, and how to make the most of lesser-known resources like our button-maker, exhibits, little free zine library, puzzle table, and more. A student told me their favorite page is my 8-step method for turning a six-word thesis into a full paper. The only way to get one is to schedule a class for a research session, book a zine workshop, or schedule a one-on-one, in-person research meeting with me.
